Regence BlueShield added three new sales leadership roles to maximize growth and ensure top-line service to members.
Three leaders at Regence were named vice presidents:
- Stacy Crim, who has served as director of sales and account management for Regence's 51-99 segment since January 2019, was named vice president of small business for sales and account management.
- Jae Suzuki, who has served as Regence's director of sales since December 2018, will become vice president of large group for sales and account management.
- Peter McClung, who is a vice president of sales at Regence, will continue to serve as vice president of sales with a primary focus on self-funded groups and national account strategies.
The new roles are effective April 1.
"As we emerge from two years of pandemic challenges, our members need us more than ever on their road to better health," said Claire Verity, president of Regence BlueShield. "These alignments will enhance our sales teams' ability to meet the needs of members, employers and business partners. Congratulations to our leaders for continuing to set the bar for exceptional strategy and service."
