North Carolina Medicaid Director Dave Richard is retiring, effective Feb. 28, the Winston-Salem Journal reported Feb. 6. 

CVS Health has named Shari Slate as senior vice president and chief diversity, equity and inclusion officer, effective Feb. 27.
