Blue Shield of California has promoted three employees to executive vice president positions and named Jigar Shah as its new chief marketing officer.

ConnectiCare, a subsidiary of EmblemHealth, has named Mark Meador as its next president. 

Kyu Rhee, MD, has joined the medical advisory board at Found, which offers a virtual weight-loss program, including GLP-1 prescriptions. 

Amerigroup Tennessee, a wholly owned subsidiary of Elevance Health, named Natalie Cooper president. 

The Blue Cross Blue Shield Association has named Sondra Imperati as vice president of brand strategy.  

Alignment Health has promoted its SVP of financial planning, Vina Fuentebella, to market CFO.

Commonwealth Care Alliance has appointed Elizabeth Gianini as senior vice president of public affairs and David Weader as senior vice president and general counsel.
