Mr. Nyquist will initially focus on scaling the company’s flagship product, Lifespark Complete — a program that offers 24/7 support to seniors, a dedicated advisor for members and their families, in-home geriatric care and coordination of services and resources. The company plans to begin offering the product beyond Minnesota this year, according to a June 22 news release shared with Becker’s.

Prior to Lifespark, Mr. Nyquist was the chief product officer and chief information officer for the Center for Digital Health with UnitedHealth Group’s Optum. He was also Optum’s chief information officer of population health.

At the Becker's 5th Annual Fall Payer Issues Roundtable, taking place November 2–3 in Chicago, payer executives and healthcare leaders will come together to discuss value-based care, regulatory changes, cost management strategies and innovations shaping the future of payer-provider collaboration.
