MHPA represents the interests of over 130 Medicaid managed care organizations at the federal level. The Government Relations Committee oversees activities and provides guidance to MHPA related to Congress and the executive branch, according to a May 24 press release.
At Molina, Ms. Tranquilli implements a federal affairs agenda that engages with members of Congress about the payer’s policy priorities. Prior to Molina, she worked as a government affairs representative for SCAN Health Plan.
