Ms. Hoglund most recently served as CEO of Security Health Plan, a subsidiary of Marshfield (Wis.) Clinic Health System, which recently merged with Sioux Falls, S.D.-based Sanford Health.
She will succeed current president Denise Napier, who is retiring in April.
