The Philadelphia-based payer promoted Mike Lentz to vice president of customer service, according to a July 2 news release. The company also promoted Tracy Mueller to vice president of enrollment and billing.
Mr. Lentz has worked for Independence Blue Cross for 25 years in operational and customer-facing roles, according to the release. Ms. Mueller has a decade of experience with Independence Blue Cross, previously serving as director of operations and director, business solutions partner.
