TJ Gibb, Humana’s Medicare Part D president, has left the company through its early retirement program.
In a Sept. 23 LinkedIn post, Mr. Gibb said he had been with the company for more than two decades, spending the most recent eight years leading Medicare Part D. Mr. Gibb said he is now open to board director and strategic adviser opportunities.
Humana confirmed its voluntary early retirement option to Becker’s in 2025. In July 2026, another Humana Medicare executive said she exited the company through the program.
Humana had 11.1 million total Medicare members as of June 30, including 3.9 million standalone prescription drug plan members, according to its second-quarter earnings. Overall Medicare membership was up 35.3% year over year, and standalone PDP membership increased 62.6% over the same period.
