Longitude Health has named Colin Drylie COO of Longitude FX, a member-owned agentic utility aimed at advancing shared services from patient access to revenue cycle and back-office functions.
In his new role, Mr. Drylie will oversee platform operations for Longitude FX, according to a June 1 news release. The platform’s strategy is built around shared infrastructure, common integrations and an AI-enabled orchestration layer that can support RCM and patient experience, as well as broader enterprise functions over time.
Longitude Health was launched in October 2024 by four major nonprofit health systems: Renton, Wash.-based Providence; Dallas-based Baylor Scott & White Health; Houston-based Memorial Hermann Health System; and Winston-Salem, N.C.-based Novant Health. Longitude was formed with the aim of tackling “the most impactful challenges and opportunities in the healthcare industry.” Ann Arbor-based Michigan Medicine joined as a member in May 2025.
Mr. Drylie joins Longitude Health from Humana, where he most recently served as senior vice president of experience transformation. In that role, he led modernization of customer engagement platforms across 120 contact center sites and 35,000 associates. Earlier in his career at Humana, he held leadership roles in Medicare product strategy, corporate strategy and clinical innovation.
“Health systems need scalable solutions that improve both performance and experience, and Longitude FX is being built to do that in a way that is collaborative, practical and designed for long-term value creation,” Mr. Drylie said in the release.
