Mr. Hunter will be responsible for driving market growth for client employers with fewer than 3,000 employees, according to a May 11 Cigna news release. The mid-America region comprises Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota and South Dakota.
He previously spent 25 years with Aetna, most recently serving as executive director for public and labor, mid-America, according to the release.
