Cigna Group Executive Vice President and Global CIO Noelle Eder will depart the company for a role at London-based international banking group Standard Chartered.
Ms. Eder’s resignation from Cigna is effective May 16, according to an April 22 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
“Ms. Eder’s decision to resign was due to personal reasons and was not a result of any disagreement with the company,” the filing stated.
At Standard Chartered, Ms. Eder will serve as global head of technology and operations, pending regulatory approval, according to an April 29 news release from the bank. She will be based in Singapore.
Ms. Eder joined Cigna in September 2020 from Hilton Worldwide Holdings, where she was chief information and digital officer.
