Centene expands board of directors

Centene has appointed Kenneth Tanji to its board of directors, expanding the size of its board to 12.

Mr. Tanji most recently served as CFO at Prudential Financial. He joined the financial services firm in 1988, and held multiple leadership roles, according to a Feb. 25 news release. 

He also serves on the board of the Public Service Enterprise Group, an energy services company, and is a corporate finance professor at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, N.J.
