Broussard steps down as chair of Humana Foundation, replacement named

Humana’s President and CEO Bruce Broussard is stepping down as chair of the company’s foundation and will be replaced by the company’s longest serving board member, David Jones Jr.

Mr. Jones, who already serves as a foundation director and is the son of Humana co-founder David Jones Sr., is planning to retire April 20 after 30 years on Humana’s board of directors, according to a March 22 news release.

Mr. Jones will become chair of the foundation’s board of directors April 1.
