Mr. Barclay will be responsible for the company’s provider networks, including contract negotiations with providers. He will also oversee ancillary services, provider reimbursement, provider operations, and administration and support services, according to a March 22 news release.
He first joined BCBS as vice president of provider networks and contracting in 2014.
