Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina has named Angela Boykin as CEO of Healthy Blue, the company's Medicaid plan, effective Sept. 1.
Ms. Boykin will lead strategic planning and day-to-day operations of the plan, which includes more than 500,000 members, according to a news release.
She has been with the company since 2004 and worked on the Medicaid plan before its launch in 2021.
