The Blue Cross Blue Shield Association named Kathy Paro vice president of strategic execution and partnerships.
According to a Jan. 30 news release, Ms. Paro was most recently senior vice president at Guidewell Connect, which provides services to 18 BCBS plans.
Ms. Paro will lead implementation of key initiatives, including those around maternal health and mental health.
