Mr. Finkel will oversee the company’s non-Medicaid businesses, including ACA marketplace offerings and PerformCare managed behavioral health, according to a Sept. 26 news release. He will also lead the company’s enterprise operations and network management areas.
He previously served as COO of Genomic Life. He also previously held executive leadership roles at CareSource and MedStart Health Plans.
