5 payer CEO moves in January

From Cigna’s insurance division to Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, these are five payers that got a new president or CEO in January:

  2. Sanford Health Plan named former Bassett Healthcare Network CEO, Tommy Ibrahim, MD, as its new president and CEO.
  3. AmeriHealth Caritas named Aetna’s former Medicaid president, Kelly Munson, as its next CEO.
  4. Regence BCBS of Utah named Jim Guemple market president.
  5. BCBS Montana saw Lisa Kelley become the company’s new president.
