Mr. Rodriguez served as CEO of UnitedHealthcare's Medicare and retirement business for the Southeast before retiring in 2022. He joined Genuine in September as a senior adviser.

2. Dental benefits administrator Liberty Dental Plan named Tom Choate president and CEO.  Mr. Choate joined Liberty's board in September after spending more than 25 years as a senior executive at UnitedHealth. He most recently served as senior vice president of OptumRx before retiring in April.

3. Older adult care provider ChenMed named President Steve Nelson its CEO. Mr. Nelson served as CEO of UnitedHealthcare from 2017 to 2019 and was hired to lead JenCare, a joint venture formed in 2011 between ChenMed and Humana, in 2022. His transition to ChenMed CEO comes after he was tapped to lead day-to-day operations as president in July.
