Alameda Alliance for Health names CEO

Alameda Alliance for Health has named Matthew Woodruff as its new CEO, effective June 1.

Mr. Woodruff will partner with retiring CEO Scott Coffin on the transition. He has served as COO since 2015, where he led day-to-day operations, according to a March 10 news release shared with Becker’s.

His previous payer experience includes Elevance Health’s WellPoint, Santa Clara Family Health Plan, and Molina Healthcare.

Alameda Alliance is a San Francisco Bay Area nonprofit managed care plan that serves more than 330,000 Alameda County residents.
