Costs under the plan will be lowest when care is received at Altru but covers providers outside the system at different rates, according to an Oct. 11 news release from Altru.
On average, premiums are 15 percent lower than comparable plans with traditional network structures, according to the release. The plan also adds telehealth coverage at no cost.
The plan is available during the 2022 open enrollment period for individuals, families and employers in 11 counties, according to the release.
