Mr. Fitzpatrick will report to Market President Dawn Maroney and will lead development of product design for the Orange, Calif.-based insurtech carrier of Medicare Advantage plans, according to a July 5 news release.
He most recently served as vice president of government programs actuarial advisory for UnitedHealth Group’s Optum, where he created tailored solutions to support Medicare and Medicaid clients with financial valuation services, member retention and strategic market analyses, along with star rating performance management.
