Ms. Daniels has more than 20 years of experience developing and integrating DEI principles and best practices for Fortune 500 companies. She most recently served as director of diversity, equity and inclusion at Southwest Airlines, according to a June 29 news release.
At HCSC she will lead the payer’s long-term vision and goals for DEI both internally and externally and in alignment with the company’s mission, values and business strategy.
