The expansion brings offerings previously reserved for large employers to companies with fewer than 100 employees, according to an Oct. 25 news release.
Provided as an HMO option to employers, the plan leverages Anthem’s network of providers, as well as virtual physician visits, low-cost prescription coverage, behavioral healthcare and low- or no-cost copays, according to the news release. For large groups, Vivity Health Plan has 20 to 25 percent lower premiums compared to leading Anthem HMO networks.
