Point32Health, the parent organization of Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and Tufts Health Plan, logged an adjusted net income of $68 million for the second quarter of 2026.
According to an Aug. 14 update shared with Becker’s, this profit was up from an adjusted net loss of $25 million during the same period in 2025.
For the second quarter of 2026, operating income was $38 million. The operating loss in the second quarter of 2025 was $57 million.
Point32Health had 1.9 million members during the second quarter of 2026, slightly down from 2 million members during the same time in 2025. Revenue was $2.3 billion for the second quarter of 2026, down about 4% year over year.
“Second-quarter results were driven by our disciplined approach in pricing, managing medical, pharmaceutical and administrative costs, resulting in continued improvement in our operating performance,” Point32Health CFO Michael Marrone said.
The first half of 2026 had an adjusted net income of $316 million and an operating income of $125 million. The organization had $4.7 billion in revenue.
