Humana’s board of directors has elected Paul Smith and Frederick Crawford as new members.
Mr. Smith serves as chief commercial officer at Anthropic, where he leads commercial strategy and global go-to-market operations. He’s previously held leadership roles at ServiceNow, Salesforce and Microsoft.
Mr. Crawford previously served as president and COO at Aflac before his retirement in 2024. He first joined the company in 2015 as executive vice president and CFO.
