Catherine Field, senior vice president and Medicare market leader for Humana’s west division, has left the company.

In a July 14 LinkedIn post, Ms. Field said she worked at Humana for 15 years, and her last day was June 30. Ms. Field’s LinkedIn profile said, in leading the west division, she covered products across 25 states.

Ms. Field wrote that she plans to remain in healthcare.

“I am not stepping away from healthcare. Far from it,” she wrote. “I am actively pursuing my next chapter in roles where I can continue to drive meaningful impact for healthcare consumers whether as a board director, strategic advisor or senior executive with organizations committed to transforming how care is delivered and experienced.”

Ms. Field said she transitioned through the company’s early retirement program. Humana confirmed the early retirement option in 2025.
