More than 100 U.S.-based healthcare organizations were featured on Time’s inaugural list of the “World’s Most Impactful Companies of 2026.”
Time partnered with Statista to launch the list, which highlights 500 companies that address high-priority global challenges as part of their core business. The methodology weighs companies’ alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and draws on net-impact data from the Upright Project, sourced from scientific literature and public databases, including the World Bank and the World Health Organization.
The U.S. healthcare organizations on the list span health systems, drug manufacturers, medical device companies, diagnostics and lab firms, payers, and home health and post-acute providers.
