The Cigna Group has named Eva Borden as chief product officer for its commercial insurance business.
Ms. Borden has been with the company since 1999 and has served in a variety of leadership roles. She was named president of behavioral health at Evernorth in 2020 and will continue in that position alongside her new role.
“In my new role, I’ll be overseeing product strategy and development for a broad suite of benefits supporting employer-sponsored health plans—including network and clinical products, behavioral health, dental and vision, and supplemental health solutions. These offerings are essential to our integrated benefits strategy and to helping employers support whole-person health for their workforces,” she wrote on Linkedin on Sept. 24.
