Elevance Health is expanding its education and professional development benefits with new programs centered on artificial intelligence and career growth.
The insurer is partnering with OpenAI to offer employees AI certifications, including training in areas such as prompt engineering and advanced AI applications, according to a Sept. 18 news release.
Additional initiatives include debt-free degree options and expanded internal training with new courses in AI principles, human-centered design and data literacy.
More than 38,000 employees have already completed 66,000 courses through the company’s learning programs. The new benefits will begin rolling out later this year.
