UnitedHealthcare has named Krishna Ramachandran as CIO for operations and experience.
“We are living through a pivotal moment in human history and evolution, with advancements in technology, data, and artificial intelligence changing our world at a rapid pace,” Mr. Ramachandran wrote Aug. 4 on LinkedIn. “My focus will be on leveraging these powerful tools to enhance operations and improve the experience within the healthcare system.”
Previously, he was senior vice president of health transformation and provider adoption at Blue Shield of California.
