Clover Health has named Joseph Oldakowski vice president and controller.
Mr. Oldakowski most recently served as vice president and corporate controller of Point32Health, according to a July 17 Clover Health news release. In that role, he led the integration of financial operations following the merger of Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and Tufts Health Plan.
Before joining Point32Health, he served as corporate controller at EmblemHealth, according to the release.
Mr. Oldakowski began his role at Clover Health in June. He reports to CFO Peter Kuipers.
