Mr. Cole will continue to lead the insurer’s Oregon market, according to a Jan. 6 news release. Claire Verity, the company’s previous Washington president, will retire after 30 years with Regence BlueShield.
Mr. Cole joined Regence in 2023. He previously served as president of Aetna’s North Atlantic region.
