UnitedHealth exec departs for transplant organization

NMDP has picked up two former payer executives.

The organization, which facilitates hematopoietic cell transplantation, named Katherine Heyerdahl as CFO and Jim Graham as chief information officer. 

Ms. Heyerdahl was most recently chief strategy officer for the individual and family plans business at UnitedHealth Group, according to a June 25 news release from NMDP. She previously held leadership roles at Optum. 

Mr. Graham was most recently CIO of Prime Therapeutics, a pharmaceutical benefit manager owned by Blue Cross Blue Shield companies.
