Aadam Hussain has been named president and CEO of Healthcare Management Administrators.
Cambia CIO Laurent Rotival has been promoted to executive vice president.
Cambia Health Solutions owns Regence BlueCross BlueShield, which operates BCBS affiliates in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Utah.
