UnitedHealth selling 164K+ square foot office building

UnitedHealth Group is selling a 164,931-square foot office building, the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal reported Dec. 8.

It’s unclear how many employees ever worked at the facility near the company’s Minnetonka, Minn., headquarters, according to the report. 

The company plans to move UnitedHealth Group’s headquarters from Minnetonka to Optum’s campus in Eden Prairie in 2024. The company declined to renew the lease on its Minnetonka headquarters. UnitedHealthcare will continue to be based in Minnetonka.
