Mr. Radwan previously served as TruDoc’s CEO for the Middle East and North Africa region, according to a Nov. 27 Cigna news release. In that role, he successfully established operations in Saudi Arabia, according to the release.
Cigna received approval to open a branch in Saudi Arabia in February. Mr. Radwan will oversee the rollout of Cigna’s service model in the country.
