UnitedHealthcare executive joins Press Ganey

Press Ganey has tapped a former UnitedHealthcare C-suite executive to serve as general manager and senior vice president of its member experience business.

David Shapiro joins the company after serving as UnitedHealthcare’s chief experience officer, according to an Aug. 21 Press Ganey news release. 

Mr. Shapiro spent more than 17 years at UnitedHealthcare, according to his LinkedIn page. He has served as CXO since September 2021.
