The first space up for sublease is a 120,000-square-foot office building at 12700 Whitewater Drive in Minnetonka.
The second space available for lease is a 54-acre campus in Eden Prairie, where Optum occupies 473,000 square feet of office space. The lease for the building runs through Dec. 31, 2023. It’s unclear whether Optum will renew the lease, so the owner listed it.
The third space available for sublease is a 155,000-square-foot building at 12125 Technology Drive in Eden Prairie.
