Oscar Health’s insurance president, Janet Liang, secured the company’s biggest paycheck in 2025, according to an April 22 proxy statement.
Ms. Liang, former group president and COO of care delivery for Kaiser Foundation Health Plan and Hospitals, joined Oscar in February 2025. While her salary will typically be capped at $5 million for the next few years, regulatory documents show she was eligible for a $2,000,000 sign-on bonus and a $150,000 transition benefit for lodging in New York.
Oscar CEO Mark Bertolini made the least, compared to the other four reported incomes.
