Devoted Health lays off 120

Medicare Advantage insurer Devoted Health has laid off 120 employees, a small percentage of its more than 2,000 employees.

“Devoted Health’s recent workforce changes are in line with our ongoing commitment to dramatically improving the health and well-being of older Americans and growing our presence across the country,” a spokesperson for the company told Becker’s. “We are grateful for the contributions of all affected employees and are providing support for them during this transition.”

Founded in 2017, Devoted had more than 227,000 members as of mid-2024.
