“We want to give our employees the tools and the resources to best do their jobs — and a lot of their jobs can be done from home,” CEO Eric Palmer told the business publication. “There is real value in getting in a room with a whiteboard, looking eye to eye with someone. So, we want to have the spaces to enable that in an efficient and effective way — and, in many ways, this is embodiment of that in terms of just having a place to connect.”

The company has leased 200,000 square feet within the building at 115 Tabor Road that was originally designed for Honeywell’s headquarters.

The space features a cafe and dining area, gym, collaboration hubs, outdoor recreational spaces and nearby walking trails.

Employees are being moved from the company’s former New Jersey location in Franklin Lakes, and the company expects to have a maximum of 900 people on-site. Chief Information Officer Chris LePre will also be based in the building.

At the Becker's 5th Annual Fall Payer Issues Roundtable, taking place November 17–19 in Chicago, payer executives and healthcare leaders will come together to discuss value-based care, regulatory changes, cost management strategies and innovations shaping the future of payer-provider collaboration.
