In a Jan. 17 news release, the company said it would adopt NeueHealth, the name of its health services division, as its corporate brand name.
The change comes after the company sold its California Medicare Advantage business, its last insurance offering, to Molina Healthcare. The company ended the rest of its Bright Healthcare insurance offerings at the end of 2022.
NeueHealth has more than 3,000 affiliated providers, according to the news release.
In addition to the name change, the company will relocate its headquarters from Minneapolis to South Florida. Of the company’s 500,000 consumers, 150,000 are in Florida, according to the news release.
The company said the move will not affect jobs in Minneapolis, where it will retain some of its corporate and administrative functions.
