In total, 88 percent of the company’s employees now work remotely. Vice President Dalya Qualls cited employee recruitment, retention, work-life balance and improved morale as key benefits of the decision.

“As a response to employee feedback, remote work is here to stay,” Vice President Dalya Qualls said. “Our company is performing well on all the key metrics we currently track, clearly showing that remote work benefits the organization as a whole.”
