In 2024, the company will move from 1310 G Street NW to the 343,000-square-foot Victor Building at 750 9th Street in the city’s East End neighborhood. It will take the top two floors of the nine-story tower and will have access to approximately 6,000 square feet of outdoor space across two private terraces.
The Victor Building recently underwent a $14 million renovation that includes a new lobby, expanded fitness center and upgraded shared rooftop and penthouse.
“We are excited about a new space that represents our long-term investment in our employees’ workplace experience, with a particular focus on ‘we space’ versus ‘me space,'” Jennifer Vachon, executive vice president of business operations for BCBSA, told the Observer.
