Eight health insurers were featured on Fortune magazine and Great Place to Work Institute’s annual “Best Workplaces in Health Care” list.
Fifty large healthcare employers were recognized in total. The rankings were created from employee surveys, which asked participants to rate their organizations on 60 statements and answer two open-ended questions. Great Place to Work received 1.3 million survey responses in the past year, nearly 228,000 of which came from employees at companies eligible for the list.
