6 payers among best companies to work for, per US News

Six payers were named in U.S. News & World Report’s list of the Best Companies to Work For in 2024-2025.

A panel of six experts helped U.S. News analyze data including publicly available employee sentiments and regulatory enforcements to compile the ratings, grouping companies based on Industry Classification Benchmark standards. Factors included quality of pay and benefits, work-life balance and flexibility, job and company stability, physical and psychological comfort, belongingness and esteem, and career opportunities and professional development. The top 25% of companies in each industry were selected.

  • Humana
  • Molina Healthcare
  • Centene
  • Cigna
  • UnitedHealth Group
