UnitedHealth Group expects 2024 revenues to be at least $400 billion.
The Minnetonka, Minn.-based healthcare giant shared ahead of its Nov. 29 annual investor conference that it projects "revenues of $400 billion to $403 billion, net earnings of $26.20 to $26.70 per share and adjusted net earnings of $27.50 to $28.00 per share" for 2024. Cash flows from operations are expected to range from $30 billion to $31 billion.
As of Sept. 30, total revenues in 2023 are $277.2 billion, compared to $241.4 billion over the same period in 2022. Total net earnings through the first nine months are $17.5 billion, up from $15.7 billion year over year. The 2023 full-year adjusted net earnings are expected to be between $24.85 and $25.00 per share.
