In a May 24 report, Fortune said it uses Indiggo’s AI-powered “Return on Leadership” measurement to rank the leaders of the top 100 companies on the Fortune 500 list.
The ranking assesses leadership execution from a stakeholder capitalism lens, according to the report. Data includes strategic clarity, integration of purpose and leadership alignment.
UnitedHealth Group ranked second on the list this year, up from sixth in 2021. Anthem ranked seventh, climbing from 49th last year.
