Customer satisfaction with insurers reached a score of 76 out of a 100, the highest in the index’s history, according to the report.
Almost every major insurer saw gains in its overall customer rating.

- Humana: 82
- All others: 78
- UnitedHealth: 78
- Aetna: 77
- Blue Cross Blue Shield: 75
- Centene: 75
- Kaiser Permanente: 73
- Cigna: 72
